On the bus

Free Wi-Fi and power outlets
Connect to our WiFi and check your emails, listen to music or just scroll. Out of battery? Don't worry, all our buses have charging outlets at every seat. Most have USB sockets but some buses have electrical sockets.

Luggage
Depending on the type of bus, we store the luggage inside the bus or in the luggage compartment under the bus. Smaller hand luggage that can be placed on the hat rack may always be taken on board the bus.

Bulky luggage
Extra-large luggage, such as skis, strollers or golf bags, can be loaded on the bus, subject to availability. Make sure to be at the bus stop early in case you need to wait a little longer for a suitable coach.

Traveling with children
Children of all ages are welcome to travel with us. We have seat cushions for children over three years old, and it's possible to use your own infant car seat for babies. It is also fine to hold the child on your lap, but in that case, only you should be strapped in.

Pets on board the bus
You can bring pets on the bus if they are leashed or caged. Please sit at the back of the bus, as there may be people with allergies on the journey.

Food & drink
You are welcome to eat and drink on the bus, but please use a lid to prevent spills and avoid bringing strong-smelling foods that might disturb other passengers.
