Vy flygbussarna sells bus travel via our channels (web and app) and is also a carrier.

When others provide Vy flygbussarna products and services

If you are travelling with us without having created a customer profile, you cannot change your personal data with us. If this applies to you, please contact customer services.

Handling of customer enquiries and complaints

We need to process your personal data in order to respond to enquiries from you as a customer via email, web form, letter or telephone, such as requests for orders, changes, complaints, feedback and refund requests. This is necessary to fulfil our contract with you for the purchase of our services.

We also process your personal data to automatically handle your refund and/or reimbursement requests. We do this in order to offer faster handling of such matters as part of the fulfilment of the contract we have with you as a customer and our obligations under applicable passenger rights rules. We are constantly working to improve our solutions. This includes troubleshooting and error correction. If you contact us to report a fault or request improvements, we may collect your contact details and information about how you use our products and services. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
